Simply because they have epoxy keeping each individual pleat together it is essential that we clean them with care as to not broke up the pleats.

If your shade is older and/or has not been maintained, the glue into the pleats may be dried up and if that is the case we can not be held in charge if the epoxy will come undone at some point in cleaning.

We are going to, however, assist in repairing it or even purchase a completely new cloth for you, both at reduced costs.

We thoroughly clean in between the pleats, in the cells, front and back of the shade, we also carefully clean the cords, if there are any.

These particular shades can only be picked, washed up and delivered. We can not thoroughly clean them on site.
